This Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Health & Science / Biotech Fluidics MicroTight Ferrule is part of a family of fittings which offer a unique system consisting of three different ferrules and a female nut. It is designed to use the applicable ferrule to connect tubing to our MicroTight connectors, such as MicroTees and MicroCrosses. This ALL PEEK ferrule delivers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 5/16-24 Coned port configuration and is for a for 360µm OD. It comes in natural color and black.

MicroTight® One-Piece Fittings are designed for use with the NanoPort™ and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. Specifically made for 360 μm OD tubing, 1/32” OD tubing, or our MicroTight Tubing Sleeves, these fittings make superior fingertight connections with capillary tubing. MicroTight Fittings withstand temperatures up to 125 °C. The MicroTight family also includes a female nut matched with one of five dedicated ferrules for connecting specific tubing ODs. Use the P-277 Extender Tool to tighten standard micro knurl 6-32 fittings in hardto-reach places. Tighten micro headless6-32 fittings with our N-290 Tool.
