This Upchurch Scientific, IDEX Health & Science, Biotech Fluidics Precolumn MiroFilter w/stainless steel frit accurately connects directly into microbore or analytical columns. The total theoretical void volume and PEEK tubing used for this assembly virtually eliminates mixing of samples in the mobile phase. It has a porosity of 0.5µm.

Precolumn MicroFilters

• Direct connects to columns with 10-32 threads

• Two versions: direct connect 1/16” OD tubing or use MicroTight® tubing sleeves for 70–520 μm OD capillary tubing

The Precolumn MicroFilters directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.
