This Upchurch Scientific, IDEX Health & Science, Biotech Fluidics PEEK Microfilter Frits are design to be used with PreColumn MicroFilters. They biocompatible and metal free. With a sealing ring made of PCTFE it delivers enhanced sealing properties and stronger chemical resistance. It offers excellent uniform porosity which ensures a longer filtration life. It has a porosity of .5µm. It is also available in a 10 Pack.

Precolumn MicroFilters

  • Direct connects to columns with 10-32 threads
  • Total void volume of 0.5 μL
  • Two versions: direct connect 1/16” OD tubing or use MicroTight® tubing sleeves for 70–520 μm OD capillary tubing

The Precolumn MicroFilters directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.
