This Upchurch Scientific / IDEX Health & Science / Biotech Fluidics VHP MicroTee Assembly's unique design creates a direct connection for tubing; no sleeves required. It is manufactured from durable stainless steel and features a small thru-hole and very low internal volume. Stainless steel delivers excellent chemical compatibility and conductivity making it an ideal choice when electrical applications are in use. It is for 1/32"OD tubing and has a thread of 5/16-24 Coned. It comes with (3) PK-112 and (3)P-416 Fittings.

VHP Tees & Crosses

VHP Stainless Steel Tees and Crosses are precision machined from durable stainless steel. It is mechanically designed for bringing together three or four pieces of tubing. VHP Tees & Crosses have an extremely high pressure rating of 30,000 psi (2070 bar).

• Direct-connect either 360 μm or 1/32” OD tubing — no sleeves required!
• Available in both tee and cross configurations
• Pressure rated to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar)

To help facilitate multi-port connections in UHPLC applications, a line of MicroTees and MicroCrosses have been developed, manufactured from stainless steel and featuring small thru-holes and very low internal volume. Additionally, the stainless steel construction allows these products to be used in applications where electrical conductivity is desired.

Included with the MicroTees and MicroCrosses are the VHP MicroFerrules. The P-278 Extender Tool can be used to tighten the female nuts that are included with these connectors.
