nanoACQUITY Ultra Performance LC™ Columns are designed for optimal performance for capillary to nano-scale liquid chromatographic separation, offering the highest possibile sensitivity, resolution and reproducibility for biomarker discovery and protein identification and characterization. These columns are specifically designed for use with the Waters nanoACQUITY UPLC™ System. Since 2004, Waters has increased the operating pressure of the nanoACQUITY UPLC™ System to 10,000PSI, requiring the development of new columns specifically designed for use on this upgraded system (Columns rated at 10kpsi). These columns are available from several proven column chemisitries including Symmetry C18, Atlantis dC18, and the Peptide Separation Technology columns which incorporate the 1.7µm BEH130 material.
