These advancements in SEC column hardware and SEC particle technology work to minimize non-desired secondary ionic or hydrophobic interactions between proteins and the column to minimize costly method development work by allowing chromatographers to use a “generic” or “platform-type” method for many samples.  Note:  The same column is also available with the Waters mAb Size Variant Standard at no additional cost.
