The Waters MassTrak™ Immunosuppressant Internal Standard Set consists of an internal standard and labelling.

The Internal Standard contains the following analytes:

• Ascomycin
• [13C2 2H4]-Everolimus

Ascomycin is used as the internal standard for tacrolimus and sirolimus whereas [13C2 2H4]-everolimus and [2H12]-cyclosporin A are used for the analysis of everolimus and cyclosporin A, respectively.
