Waters RapiZyme Cusativin, 10,000 Units
Part Number: 186011192
RapiZyme Cusativin (10,000 Units / Vial) is a recombinant endonuclease designed for advanced digestion and characterization of RNA such as mRNA and sgRNA prior to LC-MS analysis. The enzyme is provided as a lyophilized bead in a skirted tube with LC-MS compatible additives to improve stability and maintain high activity upon reconstitution. RapiZyme Cusativin's specificity is primarily targeted at 3' Cytidine cleavage resulting in longer RNA digestion products for improved sequence coverage by generating unique masses. With a robust and automation friendly procedure, RapiZyme RNases make oligomapping as easy to implement as peptide mapping is for proteins.
RapiZyme Trypsin, Mass Spectrometry (MS) Grade
Achieve quick, clean, and complete protein digestion
Protein digestions for biopharmaceutical peptide mapping or bottom-up proteomics are plagued by long digestion times and complex performance trade-offs. Balancing speed and digestion completeness while maintaining high reproducibility, low artifacts, and complete sequence coverage is also a constant challenge. Moreover, productivity during data analysis is often hampered by messy maps with various non-tryptic peaks (missed cleavages, autolysis peaks, non-specific cleavages, and unmatched peaks). Those numerous small, unexpected peaks require time consuming identification, consequently slowing down your critical work.
RapiZyme Trypsin, Mass Spectrometry (MS) Grade enables uncompromising speed and digestion cleanliness through its inordinately high autolysis resistance, high purity, and improved activity. By virtually eliminating the autolysis that plagues even the most advanced trypsin on the market, RapiZyme Trypsin can be used at comparatively high concentrations to achieve faster digestions without resorting to high temperature or sacrificing digestion completeness. Consequently, improving sample turnaround time, lab operations, and most importantly, making critical decisions confidently and quickly.
- Achieve efficient 30-minute digestions without resorting to high temperatures by unlocking use of higher enzyme:protein (E:P) ratios with autolysis resistance
- Carry out more productive data analysis through cleaner baselines
- Achieve high sequence coverage for confident characterization and identification
- Attain reproducibility and predictability as a chemically optimized recombinantly expressed porcine sequence trypsin
- Improve stability, vial recovery and activity upon reconstitution for consistent performance by lyophilizing with an LC-MS compatible excipient
- Robust and flexible for use in a variety of workflow-enhancing protocols
- Recommended Use: To achieve improved protein digestions for biopharmaceutical peptide mapping or bottom-up proteomics.
