The GTx Resolve BEH Amide 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 100 mm Columns are designed for the analysis of oligonucleotides, nucleic acids, and viral protein capsids. Each batch of GTxResolve BEH Amide 300Å is quality control tested with the Waters Glycoprotein Performance Test Standard (P/N: 186008010) and Waters ssDNA 20 to 100 Ladder (P/N: 186009446). The column hardware incorporates MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility.

A Practical and Reliable Solution for HPLC Column Protection

In some applications HPLC columns can be subject to particulate material or strongly adsorbing substances becoming trapped in the column, leading to increased column pressure and degraded performance. The most reliable solution to this problem is to use a guard column to prevent particulates and strongly adsorbing substances from reaching the analytical column.
