Background Noise is the one of the worst drawbacks of using LC/MS/MS systems. LNI SWISSGAS have designed SMART MS benches to assist in reducing this problem in the laboratory. The special noise cancelling enclosure is part of our MS bench to improve the working environment of the Mass Spectroscopist. The MS system is neatly located on top with the roughing pump sitting on a separate platform underneath, but not connected with the rest of the bench. Therefore, no vibration. This unique solution additionally provides ease of servicing of the roughing pump as it slides out from the bench with ease. Each bench is equipped with sturdy wheels for easy moving of the system, and adjustable levelling legs for bench stability.
