ACE® HILIC HPLC columns from Avantor® have been developed to provide the solution to your HILIC separation needs. HILIC provides improved retention and alternative selectivity to reversed-phase chromatography for polar and very polar analytes. The three ACE® HILIC phases – HILIC-A, HILIC-B and HILIC-N – provide alternative selectivity to each other. Systematic screening of these phases under the same mobile phase conditions will enable you to determine the best phase for your separation. ACE® NH2 is recommended for sugar analysis in HILIC mode.
