Description

TumorGreen is a nanoparticle fluorescent in vivo blood vessel leakage imaging agent. TumorGreen enables imaging of circulation,blood vessels, vasculature, vascular leak, including that associated with various stage s of oncologic and opthalmologic lesions.

• TumorGreen: Each vial contains 500 µL TumorGreen at a concentration of 2µG/µL, in 1xPBS.
• The TumorGreen solution has been filtered through a 0.2 µm filter. This material provides sufficient reagent for imaging approximately 5 mice (weighing ~20-25 grams each) when using the recommended dose of 200 µG of TumorGreen per mouse.

Storage and Handling

• Upon receipt, TumorGreen should be IMMEDIATELY STORED AT 4℃AND PROTECTED FROM LIGHT.
• When stored and handled properly, TumorGreen is stable for up to six months.
• Allow TumorGreen imaging agent doses to equilibrate to room temperature before injecting into animals.

In Vivo Imaging and Applications

• The generally recommended procedure for in vivo imaging with TumorGreen is administration via tail vein injection and imaging 5 - 72 hours post injection.
• TumorGreen enables imaging of various types of solid tumors specifically at 24-72 hours poster injection. It also enables imaging of circulation, blood vessels, vasculature and vascular leak.

• In vivo imaging: any fluorescent in vivo imager
• Ex vivo imaging: any fluorescent dissecting microscope
