Waters XSelect HSS T3 OBD Prep Column, 100 Å, 5 µm, 19 mm x 150 mm, 1/pk

Part Number: 186011026

The HSS T3 column is a fully endcapped, low-coverage C18 bonded-phase column designed to retain extremely polar compounds by reversed-phase in high aqueous mobile phases.

Address laboratory-scale high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) purification challenges with Waters proprietary Optimum Bed Density (OBD) technology in Waters Preparative HPLC Columns. Waters innovative manufacturing procedure combines hardware, particle characteristics, and packed bed densities for columns with excellent stability, reproducibility, loadability, and high efficiencies.

Preparative HPLC Columns

Increase throughput with preparative productivity and predictability of small molecules, proteins, peptides, and nucleic acid-based analytes.

As a scientist working on the research, development and commercialization of diagnostic or therapeutic drugs it can be challenging to create methods that are robust, scalable and provide high yield and purity across various preparative LC platforms.

As your lab works to achieve fast, efficient, lab-scale separations and greater throughput, Waters Preparative HPLC Columns can help you attain predictable performance and easily scale from UPLC, UHPLC, or HPLC screening to lab-scale purification. With the proprietary Optimum Bed Density (OBD) design of Waters Preparative HPLC Columns, you can ensure consistency in column-to-column performance and increase productivity through higher recoveries and longer column lifetimes – making lost samples, repeat purification runs, and poor scalability from small to large volume columns a thing of the past.

Select XBridge and XSelect OBD Preparative Columns are now available in MaxPeak HPS Technology hardware in 2.5, 3.5, and 5 µm particle sizes. MaxPeak Premier OBD Preparative Columns prevent undesired compound/surface interactions, leading to poor peak shapes/purities, low sensitivity, and target sample loss.

XSelect Columns

Achieve unmatched reproducibility with a wide range of selectivity

Quickly and easily develop robust methods compatible with all modern chromatographic detection modes and transfer them from lab to lab with the XSelect Column family.

Designed to help you achieve reproducible and highly selective chromatographic separations, the XSelect Column family features two base particles technologies, Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) and High Strength Silica (HSS). With XSelect Columns, method development scientists like you can achieve a wide range of selectivities across all application areas, without compromising performance.
